Nice reminders of what makes someone charismatic. In my most charismatic friends, the defining quality is how they make you feel at ease with your own perspectives and way of being. There’s a genuine warmth there and they tend to not let the conversation drift toward themselves. What strikes me most is the confidence behind this, that they don’t need the exchange to become a mirror for their own thoughts.

I tried to think when I might have been charismatic but I seriously doubt....may once in a blue moon without me ever realising.
