February is a great month for skiing and snowshoeing.
Nothing beats a walk among trees after a fresh snow.
Since it’s cold out, swimming indoors is warm and extremely refreshing.
February is also a great time to plan for summer vacation with the family and camping / backpacking and when I make the final decisions about the spring break trip I booked back in Oct.

Yes, Franklin writes about the power of asking a favor in his autobiography. Franklin was a master of self-improvement. I covered many of his methods, including the one he used in his effort to achieve "moral Perfection," in my Audible Original Ben Franklin's Lessons in Life. I just wrapped up a month of posts and podcasts about Franklin on my Substack, Mind Inclined.

Culinary and team bonding success!
